Question About Britax Car Seat Boulevard
adjusting head rest & straps...

The head rest (and thus, straps) won't seem to adjust. I tried to turn the know on the side but nothing happens. Any ideas?

5 There is a latch in the middle of the seat at the bottom where the excess belt comes through. Stick your finger through there and you'll feel a tab. Press the tab, and you can adjust the straps.
