Question About Baby Trend Stroller 9112
wheel change...

I bought this stroller from a consceinment shop and I can't figure out how what the 4rth wheel is for (it swivels) I thought maybe you are su;pposed to change the front wheel to the swival wheel for other pourposes, but can't figure out how to do it.
