Was given a Baby Trend Flex-Loc infant car seat th...

Was given a Baby Trend Flex-Loc infant car seat that was dated Manufactured In: 11-20-07, Model 6365, bar code at bottom CS 65 218 SC 00340, that's all I find on the product. The question is it was taken apart to clean and cannot seem to rethread the seat belts. How do you go about this? The manuals I am finding are not very helpful.
